Dr. Luis Carlos Santiago Mendoza is a physician and surgeon who graduated from Universidad del Norte (Barranquilla, 2003–2010), with more than a decade of clinical practice across Colombia and Spain — including rural medical service in Marmato, emergency medicine, and family medicine — before focusing on aesthetic, regenerative medicine and hair restoration.

In Spain, he completed a specialization in Family and Community Medicine at Hospital de Dénia (2016–2020), a Master's in Emergency Medicine at the Universitat de Barcelona (2017–2021), and a Master's in Aesthetic, Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2020–2021). These credentials are currently in the process of being homologated (officially recognized) by Colombia's Ministry of Education. In 2023, he added training in Hair Restoration.

That combined background — family medicine, emergency medicine, and regenerative aesthetic medicine — gives him a comprehensive clinical lens: he evaluates every patient from a complete medical perspective before designing a personalized hair restoration or aesthetic harmonization plan. He is fluent in Spanish (native) and English (advanced, C1), allowing him to treat English-speaking patients directly.
