Helping HERO Institute to improve!
We are forming a patient community in which you are invited to participate. This community will exist with the sole purpose of constantly improving our patient's service and attention.
PATIENT COMMUNITY | OBJECTIVES
1.
Educate our community about the services we provide.
2.
To propose new measures in order to maintain and improve the quality of our services and our patient care.
3.
To offer a channel of communication to our community which allows us to better understand our patients of the services we provide.
4.
To attend to patient's concerns/complaints and to ensure compliance with corrective and/or preventive actions.
5.
To serve as a communication entity that reports and complies with SuperSalud; in the event of irregularities in which HERO Institute doesn't implement an improvement plan.
6.
Ensure and support quality service for all our patients at HERO Institute.
