Dr. Juliana Londoño Villa is a physician and surgeon who graduated from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (2011), with two specializations that set her apart on Hero Institute's medical team: Medical Law (UPB, 2013) and Health Auditing (Universidad CES, 2018). Before joining Hero Institute, she spent close to a decade in general clinical practice and, in particular, in medical auditing and healthcare quality management, leading patient safety, clinical guideline adherence, and pharmacovigilance processes at institutions including Sinergia, Coomeva, and Nueva EPS.

That background in quality and patient safety underlies her current approach: since 2021, she has been part of Hero Institute's medical team in Medellín, where she performs manual FUE hair restoration procedures, applies treatments for hair strengthening and recovery, and leads patient assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment planning. She accompanies her patients through every stage of the pre- and post-procedure process, applying the same rigor in biosafety and quality protocols she developed over years as a medical auditor.
